2012 CD Calendar Now Here

Get your holiday gift giving started early.  New in the shop today!  2012 CD Jewel Case Calendars.  They come in size 4.25 x 5.5  in tiff and psd files in English version with the week begining on Sunday

AND a European version with the week begining on Monday.
Everything is on separate layers to easily customize for any language.

I love these CD Case Calendars! I did one last year. But I can't remember what I did for printing them? Do you suggest printing them in 4X6 and trimming or ordering prints from a place that specifically prints 4.25X5.5? And who do you use to print? Any suggestions would be helpful.
