• be active in promoting CatScrap designers in forums and galleries throughout the community
• 4 layouts per month (or 2-4 projects for hybrid)
• maximum of 1 other site CT
• maximum of 5 personal CTs
• unique and fun incentive program for you!
• no designers, please
