Songbird Avenue

Songbird Avenue is such an amazing idea.  Songbird Avenue is a digital scrapbooking-based online boutique whose proceeds are donated to various charities each month in an effort to give compassionately to those in need and I am so proud to be a part of it.  I was picked and joined the group only a few weeks ago.

So why start another Blog?

Well, yes, like many of us, I have at least 1 blog which I excitingly started a couple of years ago with the full intentions of posting regularly.  I wrote a few posts, then forgot all about it.  And now here I am starting a new one.

BUT This one is different. This one is for me to offer up all the fun templates I have made this past year. A place to share with my friends.

To start, I created this template for the Digichick, just this past Monday.

And here is my layout using the template and Happy Camper by Elise's Pieces Designs at the Digichick.

I kinda like how this turned out so I want to be sure you all have the opportunity to download it.  Thus the reason for this new blog.

I am Suzanne and go by sbaird in the Digital World. I currently live in Northern Virginia, Suburbs of Washington D.C. where I grew up and met my husband of 18 years. I have a 16 yr old Daughter, 10 yr. old Son, and a 120 pd puppy, the subjects of my designs. I have been digi scrapping since December of 2005.

When I am not scrapbooking, you’ll find me out on the Soccer Fields, Field Hockey Fields, or Wrestling Matches watching my kids compete/play and taking photos.
